- Aged rum produced by St. Lucia Distillers, Saint Lucia’s last remaining distillery, in Roseau
- Produced in accordance with the Saint Lucia Rum Geographical Indication
- Made from 100% molasses
- Open fermented 36–45 hours in concrete tanks using proprietary yeast and water from the Roseau River
- Distilled in a combination of Coffey column and “John Dore 2” copper pot stills
- Aged 4–5 years in ex–bourbon barrels; non-age statement
- Each distillate is aged separately by still and batch before being blended and rested for an additional 6 months; “fine-tuned” with additional aged rums distilled in column and John Dore 2 stills
- Pot still richness comes through on the nose with sweet, honeyed fruit and spicy vanilla from the oak; the palate is balanced, displaying a mellow but complex mix of ripe raisin, tobacco, and spice
- 40% ABV

The flagship expression from St. Lucia Distillers is a quintessential starting point for aged Saint Lucian rum. Locally, Chairman’s Reserve is most often mixed with coconut water but can be enjoyed neat or in all manner of rum-based cocktails!
