he NV Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru comes in a white bottle wrapped in an orange foil. It is a citrus-colored blend of Chardonnays coming from the Montage de Reims and the Côte des Blancs that opens with a light and subtle bouquet of bright fruits, brioche and hazelnut flavors. Very fresh on the palate, this is a lithe, round, elegant and very delicate Premier Cru that is stunningly intense in the finish, with a concentrated lemon juice flavor and nice grip. This bubbling Chardonnay goes very well as an aperitif but also with fish and shellfish
